I am an Integrative Counsellor and Coach with 10 years experience working within diverse communities. I provide online and face to face sessions for adults. I provide Individual Counselling, Walk and Talk Therapy, and Coaching.

I listen empathetically and attentively to understand your life experiences. You can expect me to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment, allowing you to explore what is going on for you, identify difficulties, and work through those challenges in a supportive way, at your pace.

I work using the Personal Consultancy Model which is rooted in the integration of counselling and coaching as a therapeutic framework . My counselling methods draw on several therapy approaches such as Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This enables me to tailor my counselling practice to suit your needs.

I am also a qualified Coach. When you are ready to start making meaningful changes to your life, you may want support to envision your new future and plan how you will get there. I will collaborate with you using coaching techniques to support you to make decisions that will enable you to move forwards towards your life goals and live your life in line with your personal values.

Inspiration from Personal Experience

What attracted me to counselling as a career was the positive experiences of personal therapy at a time when I was going through a rough time in my life. As well as processing the difficult experiences, I discovered hidden strengths and gained a better understanding of how my thoughts and feelings impacted my life choices.

Professional Experience and Approach

Alongside working as a therapist, I have worked as a Health Coach in the charity sector and NHS, supporting people in making positive lifestyle changes. By taking a person-centred approach, I help clients identify their strengths and hidden resources, empowering them to take control of their wellbeing and life choices.

Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy combines traditional counselling with walking outdoors.

Sessions take place in either Clissold Park, Finsbury Park or Woodberry Wetland in Hackney N4.

Walking can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, and increase overall physical health. The act of walking can also make some clients feel more comfortable and open during sessions.

This therapy can be particularly beneficial if you feel more at ease outdoors, have difficulty sitting still for long periods, or find traditional therapy settings intimidating or uncomfortable.


Coaching

Coaching is a teamwork process that helps people reach their personal and professional goals.

It can be helpful if you want to make big changes in your life, improve your performance, or boost your overall well-being.

Coaching provides a structured and supportive space for your growth and progress.

As part of the process, you can anticipate the following:

Support to identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and develop new skills.

Assist in setting clear, attainable goals relating to various aspects of life, including career, relationships, health, and personal growth.

Support you to stay motivated and accountable for your progress through regular check-ins and follow-ups to offer encouragement and celebrate successes along the way.

Assist you in identifying strategies and tools to help you to navigate difficulties and find solutions to problems


Session Information

I am based in Hackney, North London, and Tooting.

I offer online or face-to-face sessions lasting 50 mins at the same time each week unless we agree to make alternative arrangements.

Fees & availability

Counselling

  • Individual Session - £60 online and £70 face to face
  • Walk and Talk Session - £70 face to face

Concessionary rates are available for:

  • Students
  • People on benefits
  • People with pensions
  • Low income

Coaching

  • Single sessions - £70
  • Block of 5 sessions - £300

Availability

Monday - Friday

7am to 8pm

Saturdays

7am to 1pm
